Subaru distributed a teaser image to promote the release, which shows a taillight cluster with different tints. In an accompanying press release, the companies say, "the result promises to be truly staggering." The rumor mill is suggesting that the 2.5-liter 305 hp (227 kW) engine will be boosted to produce over 500 hp (373 kW). Aside from their focus on improving performance, engineers worked to offer tighter handling while adjusting the car's body.
The two companies will release full specs about the Cosworth-modified Subaru Impreza STi closer to or at Geneva.

Audi S3, 1.8T, quattro dus in 600 cp, 0-100km/h 3,2 sau 3,4 ceva in genu, exterior banal, aproape stock, fiabila, usor de condus zilnic...dupa spusele proprietarului, RBN (rabane) , evident bucurestean.
Masina a fost prezentata la promotor, numa ca io mi-s mai intarziat din toate punctele de vedere, si-am vazut-o zilele astea...

Legat de Audi-ul ala, io, ca prezentator, producator, bla,bla...n-as accepta beletristica cand il aud pe invitat avand 600cp, care nu-s de ici-colo, si-as fi avut nevoie de ,,tidula''...
Amu, sa-i bucur pe Subaristi...
Tot intr-o emisiune promotor am vazut cea mai tare faza, prezentarea unui Peugeot. Nimic anormal pana aici, numa' ca prezentarea era facuta de Dan Gartofan ( i-am trecut cu vederea greoaia limba, numai romana nu era) imbracat cu o geaca abundand de ,,etichete'' Subaru pe ea.
Culmea culmilor, a impotmolit Peuget-ul , avand o singura punte motoare, pe care l-a scos cu un Subaru.
Ma gandesc cum or fi reactionat cei de la Peugeot la asta ,,promovare''...

Din ce vad pe net, cica e alimentat cu o combinatie de apa cu metanol ... chiar sunt curios daca are careva mai multe informatii

Aveti idee, cp regasiti in fisele masinilor noi, sunt la motor, roata, adica exista un standard cand auzi de cp?
Io presupun ca nu-s la roata, ca n-ar da bine...

Orice putere la motor inscrisa de ORICE dyno pe fisa, nu este decit o estimare, mai aproape sau mai departe de realitate. Oricum puterea la motor e destul de neimportanta, pentru ca noi beneficiem de puterea la roata !!
Sa ne putem face o idee asupra puterii motorului, se obisnuieste sa se aproximeze cam asa:
- FWD pierdere aprox. 10%
- RWD pierdere aprox. 10-15%
- AWD pierdere aprox. 25%

va fi disponibil numai cu RHD, in UK, este practic o initiativa a Subaru UK de a mai repara blazonul oarecum sifonat al actualului WRX STI...
